This class is for our in-between youngsters ages 4 1/2 to 7 that are moving up from Pre Ballet/Creative, and our brand new, Beginning Level I. Please be sure to ask Suzanne if this is the right class for your child.

For Men, Women & Students ages 10+

A fusion workout for everyone who wants to develop a long, lean, flexible, and strong body.
Ballet Fit integrates classical ballet movements with influences from Pilates mat and Yoga as well as traditional exercises such as push-ups and crunches to increase upper body and abdominal strength, coordination, and promote overall muscle tone, improve balance, posture, and flexibility.

A fun workout with great results!
