Welcome to Rockit Performing Arts
Thanks for joining our community. Here are some important notes about participation in classes and events at Rockit.
It is compulsory for students to wear a Rockit uniform to class each week. This includes a Rockit top and Rockit pants or leggings.
Students must wear the appropriate shoes - ballet = ballet shoes, jazz = black jazz shoes, breaking and hip hop = black sneakers, tap= tan tap shoes, lyrical = bare feet or half soles, acro = bare feet.
Students with long hair must have it tied back. Hair elastics must be used to create a ponytail, braids or bun. If hair is not tied back appropriately, students spend their time fiddling with loose hair as opposed to focusing on their class.
Students wear their full Rockit uniform for the mid year concert. For the end of year concert, students wear a costume for each class they are enrolled in. Fees for these costumes are paid up front in Term 3 or 4.
For the safety of our students, we ask they be dropped off to class 5 minutes before it commences and collected once class has finished. Students cannot remain at the studio for lengthy periods before and after their classes.
To ensure car park safety, students cannot run across the road unsupervised. Parents must come into the building and collect all students aged 3 to 12 years from reception before walking them to the car.
We do not offer make up lessons for classes missed. If you have a change of mind and do not wish to continue, your lessons will be forfeited. Please note we do not offer refunds. Please note, there are no refunds on costumes, tickets, uniforms or video downloads. All sales are final.
