As a dancer within our studio and the current pandemic situation our country is facing we ask that you acknowledge this waiver.
We understand Expressions Dance Studio is taking all the necessary and required precautions set forth by law and the CDC guidelines. We do understand the policies at the studio regarding covid-19. We agree to abide by these policies (listed below) and are aware we can be refused service at anytime if we fail to do so. We are also choosing to participate at our own risk.
*Masks must be worn upon entrance into the building and if remaining in the front desk area or lobby area at any length of time.
* Dancers/Staff entering the studio room must have their temperature taken and recorded upon entrance into the studio.
*If dancers are asked/choose to sit in the studio for any length of time, they are required to wear their mask.
* Classes may run 10 minutes behind when covid-19 numbers are higher as we clean/disinfect the studio and supplies after each class.
*Lost and found and borrow bin items will be cleaned out every two weeks as oppose to monthly, please check those bins regularly if you are missing items.
*Dancers are to maintain 6 feet apart when not conducting choreography pertinent to a routine/piece for a performance.
It is our hope that abiding by these guidelines we can do our part and keep our studio safe, clean and open as we make our way through this time.
