I understand that The 8th Count's tuition is for the full year and split up into ten (10) equal payments from September through June: September (Month 1), October (Month 2), November (Month 3), December (Month 4), January (Month 5), February (Month 6), March (Month 7), April (Month 8), May (Month 9), June (Month 10).

I understand that tuition is NOT based on the number of classes per month. It merely represents one-tenth of the season’s tuition. It is divided into equal installments for convenience purposes.

I understand that a non-refundable tuition payment for September or any month thereafter that is considered the first month of classes (Month 1) & June (Month 10) along with a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family is due at the time of enrollment. I understand that the system may not calculate my last month of tuition correctly if my dancer is in multiple classes or I have multiple dancers. I understand that the 8th Count staff will update my tuition accordingly once registration is complete or that I can contact them for assistance with registration.

I understand If I enroll after October 31st I will also pay a $25 late enrollment fee in addition to the registration fee of $50, totaling a $75 registration fee.

I understand the full year tuition covers a minimum of 30 weeks of classes.

I understand that all classes are scheduled more than 30 weeks for the year to accommodate for any weather closings, emergencies and class cancellations for any reason; and I understand that make-ups for classes will only be scheduled if the year falls below 30 weeks.

I understand that I will not receive any tuition proration, refunds, or credits for any classes missed during the year.

I understand that I must keep a credit card on file and I give permission for The 8th Count Dance Studio to charge my credit card the monthly tuition payment on the first of every month. I understand that if I choose to use a different method of payment I must notify the studio before the 21st of the prior month.

I understand that any payments made by cash or check must be paid in 3 installments (Sept, Jan & April).

I understand that a $25 late fee will be added for any payments received after the 10th of the month (Holiday’s, an expired, new or invalid credit card or a student’s absence from class do NOT waive this late fee)

I understand that if my account is still delinquent by the 25th of the month my child will not be able to participate in class until my account is current.

I understand that if I/my child chooses to drop a class, tuition must still be paid if student was present for one or more classes that month OR if the studio is notified after the 1st of the month. Family must provide written communication of drop for it to be finalized.
