Pointe Requirements

Pointe is a right of passage for a ballet dancer and it takes years of training and the proper age to receive the honor of dancing on pointe.
Because of safety we require our pointe dancers to take 2 ballet technique classes per week in addition to the pointe class. Dancers have to audition with our ballet teachers in order to receive pointe shoes. They also have to be cleared by their doctor to make sure that the dancers feet are ready to bear the weight. Dancers have to have an extensive background of ballet. Give us a call so that we can help in the placement of our pointe class.
