Adult Ballet
BEGINNER: These classes are designed for adults who wish to begin the study of classical ballet. This is an excellent class for the seasoned dancer who would like to refine their technical ability. Classes will consist of barre exercises that focus on proper alignment as well as the steps which foster core and leg strength and flexibility. The center work will introduce basic steps, simple jumps, as well as turns. No prior experience is necessary.

In Ballet Level 3, attention is paid to the proper extension of the legs and shape of the feet, developing movement sequences, port de bras and balance. Students will see an increase in difficulty in barre and center work. Students will also focus on repetition and retention.

Trapeze/Acro
Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline &
concentration. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. This class
is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength.
Students should always come to class in dance/tumbling attire (preferably a
leotard under a tank top and shorts to cover the belly). Baggy clothes are not
acceptable. Student’s hair should be pulled back out of the face. Students will
be barefoot during class. . In the beginners class we will focus
strongly on stretching and flexibility. In this class we will start learning the
basic acrobatic movements to start your students foundation to learning more
advanced tricks. In this class we will focus on somersaults, cartwheels, head
stands, standing backbends, front and back overs and round offs (more tricks
are available for those students that can master these skills quickly as
everyone learns at their own pace). The intermediate/advanced class will
be taking skills the student might already know and expanding them too
more difficult tricks. To be placed in the intermediate/advanced class a student
should be able to do a standing backbend and be able to stand up from the
backbend, front overs and round offs. It is helpful to have these skills already
so we can move on to focus on more difficult tricks. In this class we will focus
on elbow stands, one-handed front walkovers, Valdez, back handsprings,
aerials and many more advanced tricks.

Intermediate/Advanced Tap
Tap is a form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. Students will learn tap technique, rhythms, timing, leg/foot coordination, across the floor combinations, choreography, and musicality.
Class is designed for dancers who want to progress, and have a solid foundation with 3-4 years experience or more of Tap. Learn proper technique, by experience teachers.

Ballet/Lyrical jubilee
Ballet & Lyrical. Learning the basics of both styles, learning proper technique, discipline, class room setting, choreography and flexibility.
The goal of Ballet is to impart the fundamentals of classical ballet. Class will focus on basic ballet technique, proper body alignment, French terminology and musicality. Students will be introduced to elementary barre and center work.

The goal of Lyrical is to introduce the fusion of ballet and jazz technique. Expression from inner emotions is a primary factor in choreographing and interpreting this art form. Contemporary/Lyrical dance interprets music and words, showing the emotion of the contents of the music.

Hip Hop Jubiliee
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Wholesome music, moves, & values

Ballet, Tap & Acro. We work on proper technique, flexibility, fun choreography. We will have a Christmas Recital on our last class in our class room.
