As a beginner dancer, class may move fast but all are welcome and will be able to jump in! Let's create some sweat, smiles and fun!

Aerial Conditioning 6/14
Climb, pull, flip upside-down, and hold yourself in challenging positions in the air while you develop amazing overall body strength. Work with lyra and aerial fabric as well as floor exercises and stretching. Aerial Conditioning focuses on balancing, strength, and flexibility. It’s a great way to build up confidence for instructed aerial dance class sessions!
All levels and never-evers welcome. Open to ages 13 and up.

This program will focus on 1.25 hour of aerial dance training and exploration, creative development time, and 1.25 hour of a variety of styles of ground dancing.
The Elements of Dance Portion include: hip hop, ballet, jazz, creative dance, student choreography and more! Aspiring aerial dancers build strength and gain confidence in a variety of aerial apparatus (silks, aerial hoop and trapeze).
