Half hour Low impact Dance class and half our of Fitness strength and conditioning.
With the use of hand weights, resistance bands, balls and chairs, you’ll improve your bone and muscle strength, balance, flexibility, heart and brain health.
All exercises are gentle, and everyone can participate

Come out and learn the basics of bellydance. You’ll have fun, discover muscles you didn’t even know existed, meet great people, and learn about a dance with a rich cultural history!

This is a 6 weeks program. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable athletic pants, and a form fitting top.
