Ekklesia School of Ballet Trial Class Form

Welcome to Ekklesia School of Ballet! Please fill out this form when you are ready to take your free trial class at ESB. If you are between the ages of 7-18, email admin@ekklesiaballet.org to schedule a placement class.

What to wear: If between the ages of 7-18, please wear any color leotard and tights to your placement class, if owned. Adults and younger students, please wear anything you are comfortable moving in. Ballet shoes strongly recommended.
