Welcome To Aspire Dance Center

COVID-19 UPDATE

April 15, 2020

We hope this update finds you healthy and safe. We would like to thank you for your continued support as we work through this challenging time. We appreciate and miss you all!

We understand that this is a financially and emotionally devastating time for so many of our dance families. Maintaining a sense of normalcy is important so please know that your dancers are absolutely welcome to participate in the virtual classes regardless of the status of your ADC account. If you are unable to make your tuition payment, please reach out to us so we can help.

Currently, we plan to remain closed through May 4 as indicated by MA state guidelines. This situation remains very fluid and we will adjust our plans as necessary. Below, we have outlined our most recent plan with some updated dates.

• SPRING BREAK (4/19 – 4/26): We will be observing our previously scheduled Spring Break. Live virtual classes will NOT be held 4/19 – 4/26. You will still be able to access recordings from previous classes if your dancer would like to keep practicing during the break.

• RECITAL COSTUME PICK-UPS: We will not be allowed to open the studio for costume pick-up appointments as they are currently scheduled (4/29 and 5/2 - 5/3). We will let you know as soon as we have a plan for distributing your recital costumes.

• PICTURE DAY (5/17): Picture Day remains on the calendar for Sunday, 5/17 as that is beyond our current re-opening date. We realize that this is dependent on the state of things at that time so we have secured Sunday, 6/7 as a back-up date in case we are unable to hold Picture Day on 5/17. The schedule for the day will be posted in your parent portals next week.

• RECITAL WEEKEND (6/13 – 6/14): We are currently planning to hold rehearsal & recital as scheduled. If this changes, we will let you know immediately.

Please continue to check your email and our Facebook group frequently for updates and fun surprises. We miss you all and are thankful that you are part of the Aspire Family.

Thank you,
Mandy Christenson & Melissa Dube
