This class is for dancers Going into Kindergarten. Ballet and tap techniques and terminology will continue to be expanded upon while students will be introduced to jazz technique and terminology.

3rd Grade Skills & Conditioning (non-recital)
This class is designed to help with flexibility and strength. It will also focus on building technique to learn a variety of leaps and turns both across and center floor. This class is highly recommended for all dancers and is required for all dancers participating in Jazz or Lyrical classes as well as competition team members. This class requires the use of stretch bands, mini loops, and lacrosse balls these items will need to be purchased using the online store found in the parent portal. These tools will also be used in PBT classes, future years skills & conditioning classes, and are great for at home use. This class will not perform in the recital and will not have a costume or recital fee associated with it.

Dancers enrolled in lyrical are also required to enroll and attend the correct Skills & Conditioning class for their grade level.

Dancers will learn proper technique and ballet terminology while improving flexibility, balance, and strength. This class incorporates classical music and movement combinations at the barre, across, and center floor. This class is strongly recommended for all students and is required for competition team members competing in jazz, lyrical, or ballet.

This class is for tumblers ages 3 and 4. This intro to tumbling class is designed for students to build coordination, balance, and flexibility through basic tumbling skills. Students will learn body positions, jumps, and a variety of rolls and cart wheels. This class will not perform in the recital and will not have a costume or recital fee associated with it.

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed to help students better understand the correct muscle initiation and body alignment that is required for ballet. Dancers will explore exercises that have been developed and approved by a team of physiotherapists and will gain a greater understanding of their body. This understanding and the skills learned will be carried with dancers throughout their entire dance training. This class is strongly recommended for all students and is required for competition team members competing in jazz, lyrical, or ballet solo. This class requires the use of stretch bands, mini loops, and lacrosse balls these items will need to be purchased using the online store found in the parent portal. These tools will also be used in skills & conditioning classes, and are great for at home practice. This class will not perform in the recital and will not have a costume or recital fee associated with it.
