Classes will be held Thursday, March 5, 12, 26, and April 2, & 9. Classes will meet 8:45 PM to 9:15 PM and will be focused on fun hip hop cardio combinations. Dress comfortable and feel free to wear clean tennis shoes or bare feet. We can't wait to get moving!

3/4 Year Old Intro To Dance
Dancers will begin to build coordination, rhythm, balance, and flexibility in a structured class environment. Students use music, movement, and activities to build skills while learning basic ballet technique and terminology. Our dancers ages 5/6 will begin to incorporate skills and Conditioning exercises as well as jazz technique.

Dancers will begin to build coordination, rhythm, balance, and flexibility in a structured class environment. Students use music, movement, and activities to build skills while learning basic ballet technique and terminology. Our dancers ages 5/6 will begin to incorporate skills and Conditioning exercises as well as jazz technique.

This class is designed to help with flexibility, strength, and skill development. Dancers will focus on building strength, flexibility, and technique to progress from the basics to advanced skills. This class is highly recommended for all dancers and is required for competition team members.

Dancers will explore a variety of styles of dance over this 4 week session. Dancers can expect to learn a new combination each week and dive into the styles of ballet, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. This class is great for returning dancers to keep up on their skills and for new dancers looking to find the right style for them. This class is highly recommended for all dancers and is required for competition team members.

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed to help students better understand the correct muscle initiation and body alignment that is required for ballet. Dancers will explore exercises that have been developed and approved by a team of physiotherapists and will gain a greater understanding of their body. This understanding and the skills learned will be carried with dancers throughout their entire dance training. This class is highly recommended for all dancers and is required for competition team members.
