This class will study classical ballet, tap, and jazz.

Dancers will need a leotard, tights, and ballet and tap shoes. Jazz shoes are optional.

Attire: Black short sleeve leotard, skin toned tights, skin toned so dance ballet shoes.
Males: White, Gray, or Black shirt and black shorts, black ballet shoes.
Ballet Shoes: So Danca – SD16 or pick up from local dance store.
Tap Shoes: black tap shoes (Capezio 625, Black)
Jazz Shoes: (Ballet shoes may be worn for this class) or (Capezio CG05C or EJ2, (Caramel or skin toned, Females), (Black, Males)

Story Book Theater & Dance
Enjoy a magical journey into the world of classic fairy-tales and the ballet. Class curriculum will reflect different classic fairy-tales that have been made into ballets... including Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and more!

Dancers will get their own prop bag for this class!

Class technique will include fundamentals of ballet and tap with musicality and exploration.

Class sizes will be smaller and social distancing will be enforced during this class.

Dancers can wear comfortable clothing or dance attire. No shoes are required but ballet shoes are welcome.

This class will teach your dancers and actors resume building, taking proper headshots, audition skills, tips and tricks for auditioning, learning and picking up choreography quickly, and MUCH MORE! The class will perform in our school at the end of the session. A digital version of the performance will be available if you are interested in social distancing.

Flexibility Class
This class is designed to help any athlete quickly and safely improve their flexibility. This course is taught by certified stretch and flexibility specialists with new and safe techniques to help you see dramatic results! This class is open to students and adults.

Each student is required to purchase a set of yoga blocks for this class. The yoga block fee is $15 in studio if you choose to purchase from NBT&S.

Instruction in classical ballet technique. This class is designed for dancers that have had previous ballet experience.

Dancers will learn technique in executing various leaps and turns. Dancers will be put into appropriate levels based on experience.

*Dancers must also take an additional Jazz class to participate in this specialized class.

Jumps Class
Are you wanting to improve your jumps? This class will help drastically help dancers improve their jumps. Training, conditioning, tips and tricks along side revolutionary technique will help the dancers improve their jumps for Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and more!

This class will also feature props and resistance training to help dancers improve and have fun at the same time! All dancers are required to purchase their own resistance band for this class. Please purchase your customized band at NBT&S or email to info@nbtdance.com for more information.

PBT Conditioning (Beginning)
This class features strength and conditioning using fitness balls and resistance bands. PBT (Progressing ballet technique) is used to help individuals find strength and control while helping students understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in dance. The technique teaches students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best.

This class is taught by certified teachers using PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique syllabus and certification)

Each student will receive 1 large fitness ball and 1 small technique ball. Sizes will be customized for each dancer. Each dancer will be able to keep their equipment after the class is over. Dancers are also required to have a customized resistance band to fit their size. Bands are for sale at NBT&S. Please email to info@nbtdance.com if you are interested in purchasing one.

This class requires special equipment. Each student must have their own equipment for classes.

This class is full
Students will learn flexibility, strength, and balance. This class includes tumbling and acrobatic elements combined with dance. Previous gymnastics, tumbling, or acro experience preferred.

*Dancers at NBT&S must have completed all skills in Level 2 to participate in this class.

Strength & Conditioning
This class will guide students to progress in areas of strength and flexibility, as it relates to dance. Yoga, Pilates, and more will be explored.

Each student will be required to purchase their own equipment for this class or may choose to not use equipment. Equipment is available for purchase at NBT&S, please email to info@nbtdance.com.

Yoga blocks and Resistance Bands are encouraged.

This class requires special equipment. Each student must have their own equipment for classes and may keep their fitness ball located at the school during the session. Students will be allowed to take their fitness ball home at anytime.

This class is designed for Pre-Pointe/Pointe dancers.

Required attire: Leotard (any color) and skin toned tights.

Pilates Mat Class
This Pilates Mat class will help you strengthen the body's “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class.

This class is taught by a certified Pilates Mat instructor. Limited class sizes!
