Stretch and Strengthen 1 - Nov. 9th
Stretch and Strengthen is a class intended to screen for and prevent injuries in dancers. Students will learn exercises to warm up and stretch safely on their own, using evidence-based movement patterns designed by a physical therapist with dancers in mind.

Each student will get individual attention and guidance specifically tailored to their abilities and personal goals. During some specific classes we will have special guests from the medical community to provide further guidance and instruction.
