If you enjoy dancing to pop, R&B, and hip hop music, it’s time to try The REMIX - a dance class that keeps you moving to high energy music from the 90s to now that’s bound to make you work up a sweat - all while having fun! The workout consists of intermediate follow along choreography and is designed to work out every muscle group in your body, helping you shape up and get toned. Each song has its own routine - come to a few classes and you'll have the steps down in no time! Add your personal style and flare to make this class your own.
