This class will focus on the Festival style of Irish Dance - a softer, more balletic style that became world-renowned in Riverdance - that is not only amazing for improving your fitness, it's great fun and very expressive too.
Soft shoes, similar to Ballet shoes or Highland/Irish pumps are advisable.
Trainers or Tap shoes can be worn for Hard Shoe dances - not required to begin with.
