Hardcore Beats is a high impact Cardio class. We have a variety of functional fitness movements paired with kick boxing moves and some dancing. Each song is choreographed to have fun while keeping your heart rate up! We will use a mix of light to medium weights for several "arm" songs. Low impact or different levels of the movements are shown so everyone can move how their body feels best.

Summer Dance Intensive (Competition Dance)
Our competition dancers are required to take this 4 week summer dance intensive. Those interested in joining competitive dance are also required. This is a team bonding experience as well as summer technique training. Students will learn dance from different disciplines such as jazz, lyrical/ballet, contemporary, tap and hip hop. We will also start new season choreography during this intensive and hold auditions for our competition teams at the end of the summer.
