This boys only class is designed around the unique way boys learn. In this class athletes will learn basic tumbling skills and various styles of hip hop combos. Including but not limited too street style, break dancing and pop and locking. This high energy class is sure to get your boy moving and grooving.

Our Preschool Combo classes are designed to give young athletes a taste of all we have to offer. These fun unique combo classes offer part cheer, dance, tumbling with a focus on flexibility, body awareness and control. These classes have a professional based lesson plan paired with fun interactive educational music. Children think they are playing games all the while they are actually learning coordination, balance, flexibility and cheer, dance and tumbling skills.

Academy Rec Cheer 1 - Wednesday
Our Recreational Cheer Combo classes are designed to be an introductory class to all things cheerleading. These classes will work in-depth on all the fundamentals techniques pertaining to cheerleading; arm angles, motions, cheers, jumps, kicks, voice control, flexibility, body control, balance, stunting, and some dance. This is a fun high energy class with a rotating curriculum and lesson plan. Our goal is to continually introduce new concepts and skills to keep students engaged and challenged.

Cheer and Dance Combo 2 is a fun high energy class designed to get athletes moving and grooving ages 8 years and up! Athletes will learn and perfect basic dance techniques from various styles of street dancing and hip hop, jazz and funk in addition to basic cheer techniques motions, cheers, jumps and stunting. These skills will be incorporated and utilized in fun dance combos that will be different each week.
