Dancer Conditioning
Join us for dancer conditioning this year. This class is designed to help you build core strength, flexibility, endurance, and stamina as a dancer. This class is open to any dancer but is highly encouraged and recommended for all competition company members. This class is a NON-PERFORMANCE class and will not perform in the recital. The class must have a minimum of 5 registered participants to run.

Liturgical Praise Dance
EPAC is proud to offer Spiritual Refresh Class with Amber. Learn about Liturgical (praise) dance, refresh your spirit, and connect with others to share your faith during this dance class.
What is praise dance? It is a creative way to praise and glorify our Heavenly Father. We teach that our facial expressions and body movements can tell a story through dance and music. Amber’s classes are open to all ages and we strive to make each inspirational and fun! Each week, classes include choreography to Christian music, stretching, free dance and a themed devotional.
We’re delighted to welcome Amber back to the EPAC instructional team!
