Learn the foundational moves needed to progress to pole combos! This class consists of strength and conditioning, as well as some practical and preventative techniques to execute pole moves safely and efficiently.
Prerequisites: must have a solid chopper, crucifix on both sides as well as your 1/2 circus climb.

A fun class of high energy, running hip hop grooves, sometimes creating choreography, but most importantly having so much fun! Serra loves to play music that might get loud, is known to love to use some swear words AND... gets lost all the time haha. What could be more fun?

It will be combination of ballet technique and athletic conditioning to improve coordination, overall strength and flexibility based on individual needs. No tutu and tights required. Find muscle tone and flexibility through ballet movement. These classes will make your core stronger and hamstring more flexible! Taught by Ivana Ho, 25 yrs of experience in dance, fitness and music. Master degree student at Palucca University Of Dance.
