Hip Hop Kids – Ages 6+ (Thursdays 6:45 -7:30. July 11 – Aug. 15)
-This is a fun summer class for dancers who want to learn some new hip hop skills

Adult Fitness
Aerobic weight training with body weight resistance training. We will focus on corrective movements to help improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and other biomotor abilities. We will start with a 5 minute stretch, 5 minute warm up, followed by a full body workout for 40 minutes. We will end class with 10 minutes of static stretches to help reduce soreness. For this class you will need to bring a yoga mat, and a set of 2 or 3 pound weights.
