This class is a gentle yoga class specifically for pregnancy. Classes are designed to strengthen and tone your body for the changes pregnancy & childbirth bring, while relieving tension and encouraging deep rest!

Our classes run in 5 week blocks and are suitable for women 13 weeks and over. You must discuss your enrolment in this class with your midwife or LMC to make sure it is suitable.

Flexi Barre is a unique combination of yoga, pilates & ballet barre work designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles while increasing flexibility.

This class can only be found at Wanderlust Dance & Fitness and is for all abilities. All you need is a chair and you are good to go!

All classes are taught by a qualified pre/post natal and international total barre instructor.

Investment - Only $7.25 per week paid by the month, half the cost of ONE face to face flexi barre class per week! No contracts, cancel any time!
