Flexi Bump Prenatal Yoga (5 week block) #1
This class is a gentle strength & stretch class specifically for pregnancy. Classes are designed to strengthen and tone your body for the changes pregnancy & childbirth bring, while relieving tension and encouraging deep rest!
Our classes run in 5 week blocks and are suitable for women 13 weeks and over. You must discuss your enrolment in this class with your midwife or LMC to make sure it is suitable.
