Conditioning for Dance improves your technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body's core (abdominal and back muscles) while developing coordination, balance, and alignment and optimizing flexibility. This class will focus solely on technique & strength training.

Understanding Artistry
This class is for the budding entertainer/choreographer. We will learn projection, facials, improv exercises, and study different ways to choreograph. This class will work together to create a finale dance for Spring recital!

Ballet 2
These are Intermediate classes. Dancers at this level will start class at the ballet barre to work on classical technique, executing combinations at different musical tempos and on different musical counts. They will work to build strength and learn how to put several steps together while smoothly transferring their weight and holding correct posture and body placement. They will also add new steps to their repertoire, moving beyond the Beginning Level. Center work will consist of an adagio, a tendu combination, jumps – including petit allegro and batterie, and pirouette preparations and turns. Corner work will consist of jump, waltz, and various traveling combinations, including grande allegro, which are more advanced than at the Beginning Level, and kept in time to the music.

These are intermediate/advanced classes. At least 3 years of ballet experience is required. We will focus on classical ballet technique through a professional class progression. Barre work, center and across the floor exercises are designed to better your technique, as well as performance quality and confidence..

These are Beginner classes. We will focus on classical ballet technique through a professional class progression. Barre work, center and across the floor exercises are designed to better your technique, as well as performance quality and confidence. With quality and knowledgeable teaching and an encouraging environment, these classes will be a perfect fit for those who aspire to improve their dancing.

Intro to Leaps & Turns
Similar to jazz technique- in this class we focus on different kinds of turns, jumps, leaps & kicks including more complicated combinations across the floor and center floor. Be ready to challenge yourself with fun, new and exciting tricks and turn combos!

Intro to Ballet
This Novice/Beginner level class is designed to develop awareness of alignment and basic ballet vocabulary and technique. Class will include basic barre exercises, as well as center work. Your child will have a fun time learning the secrets behind becoming a great dancer.
