Tumbling is a form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment. Tumbling consists of common moves such as flips, somersaults, tucks, handsprings, and all other basic moves.

All classes will include this: Pom dancing focuses on precise, synchronized motions along with technical dance skills (such as jumps, turns, and leaps). Routines can encompass various styles of dance and will be geared towards a jazz style with some smaller amounts of Kick possibly worked in. Pom focuses a lot on formations and visual elements as well. All dancers on a Pom Team are also required to register for a weekly class in either Jazz, Ballet or Lyrical to ensure they are receiving technique and training regularly. Pom teams will have additional performance opportunities throughout the season such as performing in community events, halftime games, fundraisers, assisted living facilities, etc.
