This class will include instruction in tap, ballet, creative movement, and tumbling skill builders. This class is full
(Ages 13 & Up). This class introduces advanced students to the art of contemporary dance. Contemporary dance utilizes the technique of ballet while challenging the body to expand its center of movement. Contemporary dance builds core strength while improving technique and enhancing creativity. Concurrent enrollment in Advanced Ballet is encouraged.

This class is full
(Ages 5-9) This class is for boys of all levels working on cartwheels, backbends, limbers, walkovers, and more. Boys will also work on coordination and building strength throughout the body.

(Ages 13 & Up). Advanced Ballet students are trained in the theory and technique of classical ballet and have the option to prepare for work on Pointe. Dancers learn to unite technique with artistry while increasing body awareness.

Pointe
(By Invitation Only). Advanced Ballet students who are interested in dancing on Pointe can do so at the invitation of the instructor. A dancer's readiness for Pointe is dependent upon the work ethic and motivation of the individual student, as well as the development of the dancer’s body. Concurrent enrollment in Advanced Ballet is required.

This class is full
(Ages 6-7). Beginner Dance I for dancers currently in 1st Grade.

This class will include instruction in tap, ballet, and jazz with a focus on improving coordination, developing a sense of rhythm, and discovering the potential of the body in a fun and supportive environment.

If your child wants to focus on tumbling tricks, you can enroll them in Beginner Tumbling or a Private Tumbling lesson.

(Ages 9-12) This class is for beginner-intermediate levels working on backbends, limbers, walkovers, and handsprings. Tumblers will also work on coordination and building strength throughout the body.

Recommended that tumblers are able to do cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and bridges before enrolling.

Intermediate Lyrical Ballet
(Ages 9-12). This class is the first level of formal ballet training offered at the studio combined with the creative style of lyrical. Students are introduced to the theory and technique of classical ballet. The skills cultivated are integral in the development of proper body alignment, which is foundational for progress in all other dance styles. . This class trains dancers to use their technical skills to connect movement with meaning to tell a story.

*If your child wants to focus on tumbling tricks as well, you can enroll them in Beginner Tumbling or a Private Tumbling lesson. Tumbling Skill Builders are meant to build strength and endurance to prepare them for tricks.

This adult fitness class combines the benefits of ballet barre, cardio, and resistance training while focusing on the mind-body connection. Spring Into Movement
Join us as we welcome the new season with movement!

We will begin class with a short Pound Class lead by Catherine Lacey, followed by Barre Fitness lead by Darci Heavner. Catherine will wrap up class with Yoga. 

Katelin Shoemaker will be there with Zyia Activewear. This is a great opportunity to see items in person!

Grace + Grit Nutrition will have some special treats!
