In this 5 week Pilates class we will explore the principles of the Pilates method on the mat. Each week we will be moving through beginner and intermediate level mat exercises to help gain strength and mobility in the body. Utilizing props, modifications and ultimately progressions, we will work to establish a good base of safe movement knowledge. This class is geared towards those with previous experience looking to build upon their knowledge of basic foundational mat work.

October Camp: All Things Disney!
Where the magic begins… This week, dancers will get the chance to learn choreography to music from their favorite Disney movies, sing Karaoke to Disney songs, watch Disney movies, and much more!
JSPA dance camps are the perfect way for children to learn about dance, make new friends, and create lasting memories! Our camps are designed for all levels from beginners to experienced dancers between the ages of 4 and 10 years old. Register today and join us for a fun filled week of dancing, games, crafts, learning, dress-up, and more!
