Summer 2024- Intensives
Conditioning and Stretch Clinic
We will conduct a hour and a half conditioning and stretch clinic daily. Monday through Thursday through the summer except during all genre weeks, 4th of July week, and July 15-19.
This clinic is recommended to come to daily. We will work the strength and athleticism needed to be a safe, healthy, and strong dancer. Best form of injury prevention. Each class will feature up to an hour of strength training and conditioning for dancers followed by a half hour stretch class. The best way to optimize this experience is to attend all week, as the trainers have devised a plan to cross train the dancers properly day by day.
