Wanting to continue dance training throughout the summer? Sign up for this 3-week training session! Come to the studio on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1-2:30pm.

We will work on strengthening your technique, work on dance specific strengthening, try pilates, use weights, and MORE to keep you strong throughout the summer!
- Tuesdays (July 2nd, 9th, 16th) - we will focus on technique - do a warm up, barre work, across the floor, learn a combo, etc.
- Thursdays (July 4th, 11th, 18th) - we will work on conditioning & cross-training.

This class will blast all of your muscles through weight training exercises! Use dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sliders, & more, to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance! There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training! Let’s get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity as you need. This class is for all levels.

360° Barre Fitness

Our 360° Barre Fitness classes a full body, muscle endurance workout where we do a high number of repetitions of small movements to burnout those muscles… aka the “Barre Burn!” Barre is ballet inspired & has pilates based exercises that are designed to strengthen & lengthen your muscles with no high impact! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. There is little to no rest between these sections, making it a continuous workout — however, you can take the exercises at your own pace & rest as you need. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore, leaving you sweating & shaking!
We will do a combination of mat work & standing at the barre. You will also see a variety of props to aid in the challenge of class!

Pilates aims to promote full body strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on the core. In the mat classes, we will do a variety of body-weighted exercises to challenge your core strength & overall stability. In the circuit classes, we will rotate through basic exercises on each piece of equipment. The equipment uses springs to assist or resist you in a variety exercises. This class is all low impact, with the option to decrease or increase the intensity as you like!

This class will be a mixture of our Barre class & our Full Body Strength class. You will use some heavier weights in full body movements to help BUILD total body strength. The use of lighter weights, smaller movements & higher reps are to help tone, sculpt & BURNout your muscles.
There will be a variety of slow controlled weighted movements, pulses & repetitions with lighter weights, & cardio exercises! You will leave sweaty after this full body workout! You can take all the exercises at your own pace, & use as heavy or light weights as you like!
