Morning flow yoga is comparable to moderate flow yoga, honouring individual energy levels in the early morning. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality.

Fit Flow Yoga
This “no OM zone” class focuses on building strength, stamina and flexibility in the physical body. This class is appropriate for those with yoga experience. Each class has a flowing series of held body, followed by a series of held postures to build strength, stability and stamina.

Pilates Mat Fusion
Pilates Mat Fusion is based off of the Classical Pilates method. Pilates aims to promote full body strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on the core. You may also see an addition of props into class such as the Pilates circle, foam roller or stability ball to aid in the challenge of class. Although no Pilates experience is required, you will need to have some experience with body movement/workouts.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle flow yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or to those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age or skill level.

Mid-Evening Mindfulness Yoga
Mindfulness evening flow yoga is a moderate flow yoga, but it is dialed down a notch to honour individuals’ energetic levels at the end of the day. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body, and burn off excess energy to help you wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening. This class is geared towards all levels.
