Body Barre is a barre method that includes ballet-inspired movements and Pilates-based exercises that are designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working hard with zero high-impact. Barre includes a high number of repetitions with small movements to burnout those muscles... aka the "Barre Burn." You will do a few series in centre floor, including a warm up, arm series, plank series, flow series, ab series & more. We will make ourselves to the barre & burnout those leg muscles too! This barre class is for all levels of experience.

SHiNE Dance Fitness is a place to be free! You will learn some fun cardio dance sequences to uplifting and upbeat songs. This class is suitable for beginners & experienced dancers alike. SHiNE is a full body cardio + toning workout based in traditional Jazz, Ballet & Hip-hop. Get ready to sweat, smile, shimmy & shake your worries away, because this class is going to be your new happy place!! You will leave sweaty, with your heart pumping & a smile on your face!!

Slowga - Restorative Yoga
**NO CLASS APRIL 10**
Also known as gentle yoga, restorative yoga is a style of yoga designed to relax, restore & rejuvenate the body. It triggers the parasympathetic nervous system (or the rest and digest system) and therefore promotes a sense of calm, lowering stress levels.
This class uses various props - blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows and straps - to help completely rest and reset. This class is slow paced and very mellow, finishing class off with a guided Savasana. This class is a great antidote to stress and an excellent compliment to more active classes.
This class is a perfect class for beginners, & also the experienced yogi's that like to relax.

This circuit style class will target strength and conditioning of the entire body. It will include a variety of resistance, cardio and core exercises using weights or bands to help improve full body tone, strength and endurance. You can take the exercises at your own pace and this class is for all levels.

Work Your Asana Off Yoga
Work Your Asana Off yoga (previously Fit Flow) is a high-intensity, fast paced vinyasa flow class. This class focuses on strength, flexibility and endurance. Each week we'll focus on a different area of the body & include a variety of inversions, arm balances or other challenging poses. This class can be as challenging as you would like to make it.
This class is designed for yogi's with some or lots of experience. Modifications are always available!

Although no Pilates experience is required, you will need to have some experience with body movement/workouts.

Every Now & Zen yoga (previously Mid-Evening Mindfulness) is designed for the newer yogi's. This class is slower paced to ease away tension, dedicated to building a strong foundation. There is special attention on teaching & learning proper body alignment and breath work. You will leave this class with new skills, less stress and more space in your muscles and mind.
Even though this class is for the newer yogi, experienced yogi's can benefit from this class too.
