Students learn Acrobatic tricks such as handstands, cartwheels, chest rolls, elbow stands, walkovers and aerials.

They will grow their community and skills through engaging, collaborative theatre activities and games. Performers will also view professional productions. Our program will culminate with a Theatre Production of our own in the spring! What show are we doing? It's a secret! We can't wait to reveal it to you mid-December!

“Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon. The use of muscle memory to improve students understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment for many decades. It is difficult for students to feel what muscles initiate the correct alignment in ballet training, however, as the fit ball is continually mobile under the students’ body, it gives the students a sense of posture and weight –placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group.”

Twirl & Tumble
Twirl and Tumble is our Ballet/Acro combo class. Students will gain an understanding of introductory dance terminology and skills.
Ballet will offer basic positions of arms and feet, and foundational steps such as pliés, and gallops, with that important chance to twirl!
Acro Dance will incorporate acrobatics with jazz dance, while finding joy in being upside down with bridges, rolls, crab walks and more.
Ages 3-5

The "Stage Life" Musical Theatre Program - January Start

During the duration of this session, performers will learn the basics in dancing and vocal techniques. They will grow their community and skills through engaging, collaborative musical theatre activities and games. Performers will also be shown excerpts of professional musicals to study from. Our program will culminate with a Musical Production of our own!
This session will include approximately 54 hours, plus dress rehearsal. We have 3 amazing instructors we need to compensate, 2 shows at a professional venue, great sets & costumes. As such, we are increasing monthly fees. Even with the increase, you are only paying $12.83 an hour! An amazing deal for all the value you and your performer will receive!

Acro Dance incorporates elements of gymnastics and jazz technique. At the beginning of class students will engage in an extensive warm up to ensure their bodies are ready for mastering age appropriate acrobatic skills. Some skills include headstands, handstands, aerials and tumbling. All training is done on gymnastic grade mats.Your child will see an increase in physical strength, flexibility and stamina.

They will grow their community and skills through engaging, collaborative musical theatre activities and games. Performers will also be shown excerpts of professional musicals to study from. Our program will culminate with a Musical Production of our own!
