Acrodance is a unique technique of acrobatics and tumbling used to further a dancers training and add texture to typical Jazz and Contemporary dance. This class follows the Acrobatic Arts Acro Dance Syllabus and incorporates partnering skills, strength and flexibility, contortion, limbering and tumbling skills. Dancers will wear a leotard with shorts and convertible or footless tights. Hair must be in a bun.

Dancers must be enrolled in a Jazz or Ballet class to participate in Acro. Levels are assessed according to age, experience, and technical capabilities.

In this class, students will focus on coordination, conditioning, stamina, and flexibility. Using upbeat and energetic music, students will learn the fundamentals of this style using kicks, turns, leaps, and across the floor progressions. Dancers will wear a leotard and tan tights with shorts or leggings with tan jazz shoes.

Tap teaches awareness of beat, timing, and rhythm. It is an exciting class used to improve musicality and coordination. In this class, the dancer is able to make different sounds using his or her shoes and body. Students in this class will learn tap terminology as well as the execution of the terms to enable him or her to identify sounds, counts, and movements. Dancers will wear comfortable/athletic clothing with black tap shoes.

Learn the basics of Tumbling, Limbering, Balance and Flexibility!
This class is a great way to try a new style of dance or hone your technique!
Dancers will learn new skills such as cobra, bridge, forward roll and cartwheels with correct alignment and proper execution.
All studios are equipped with the latest and most innovative sprung flooring and high density tumbling mats for safety and comfort. As always, instructors are certified and experienced in Acrobatic Arts, the world's leading Acrodance method and curriculum

Classes include stretches, barre work, class etiquette, basic technique of both tap and ballet, games and learning choreography! As the foundation of all dance, Ballet emphasizes precision, balance and strong technique while tap is an American made dance form the focuses on the energetic rhythm, musicality and strength of the feet. Students will need to wear a leotard, tights, black tap shoes and pink ballet shoes (girls) or a white T-shirt with athletic pants or shorts, black tap shoes, and black ballet shoes (boys).

Join this upbeat stretch and strength class! Classes will include a cardio warm-up, exercises to isolate and tone, legs, arms, and core strength, and a stretch portion at the end of class. All exercises are modifiable for individual needs. Glisen while you work!

This class focuses on building strength and flexibility for our dancers using safe and effective methods. Methods used will follow the EBAS and Alixa Flexibility program by a certified teacher. These methods are based on the newest research in sports medicine and utilize the body's own natural capabilities to help dancers reach their fullest potential safely.

Leaps and Turns
This class is specifically designed to help dancers improve in the areas of leaps and turns for both Ballet and Jazz techniques. Dancers will explore new variations of turns and leaps, as well as build a strong foundation in the basics. Classes will be focused on building strength and flexibility, coordination and alignment, as well as balance and stability.

This class is recommended for any dancer who would like to gain ability in these areas. This includes the beginner who may be struggling to understand balance and alignment, and the advanced dancer hoping to gain strength and rotations, or learn new variations.

Worship Dance 6-Week Session
Ages 7+

In this class, dancers will explore the gift of dance through music, rhythm, and choreography.
Each class will include a warm-up, a lesson in basic dance skills, and choreography. Dancers will have the opportunity to worship by creating their own choreography and performing it for one another.
Lesson topics will include creativity, both of the Creator, and the created, and how we can use our gifts to inspire and heal others.
