Conditioning for Dancers
Open to all dancers for strength, flexibility, and conditioning. This class is a must for all serious dancers, the skills and strength exercises from this class will help in your dance classes. Must take along-side another class or with Company enrollment. For students ages 6 and up, 5 year olds may request special permission.

FALL 2024: Latin Social Dancing Salsa & Bachata
Open to ages 16 & up. This 6-week class session is a beginners' guide to Latin Social Dancing, we will explore both Salsa and Bachata styles. The class will be divided into 2 sections of 25 minutes each. You will learn solo footwork, also known as Shines for technique and coordination, and the basics of Partner Work in each dance style.
