Get T.H.I.C stands for tricks, holds, inverts, and climbs. This class is designed for students who would like to learn a variety of tricks on the pole. Please wear shorts to this class and bring a yoga mat.

Dynamic Sequences
In this all levels class, you will learn several pole dance sequences to help you improve your flow and fluidity on the pole. Students will be taught 4-5 different combos/sequences to help enhance their movement in class. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Heels are welcomed.

Beginner Pole: Strong N Sexy
This class is designed to help make you stronger and sexier for pole. Students will learn exercises that will help improve their strength and flexibility. In addition, students will learn basic pole moves that will be used in class choreography to help build confidence on the pole. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Heels are optional.

Never taken a pole class in your life but always wanted to try? This is the class for you! This class will cover foundations for those new to pole dancing and will incorporate pole choreography in a fun and supportive environment to help you look and feel sexier.

Students will develop their gross and fine-motor skills; explore foundational acro positions; and learn how to follow instructions from a teacher, take turns, and have fun in the studio. This class is assisted by parent.

This class will focus on singing and vocal technique. Students will learn vocal warm-ups and exercises that will improve their vocal range, ear training, breath control, vibrato, tone production, enunciation and more!

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. This class is for dancers who are serious about dance and can maintain focus.
