Students will continue on to the next level of our AL GILBERT 9 LEVEL TAP CURRICULUM learn a variety of tap choreography styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. Developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun is our focus.

In our aerial arts classes, students learn to perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric (silks). The center of the long fabric or other aerial device is secured safely overhead, and students practice over cushioned mats. Students learn the proper way to climb the suspended fabric and move in and out of various positions using the fabric to wrap, suspend, spiral, and move their bodies.

MUSICAL THEATRE
This class will focus on applying and bringing together the disciplines of singing, acting, and dancing, to create an effective presentation, by selecting Broadway repertoire, interpreting it both musically and dramatically, then creating staging and choreography for performance. The Musical Theatre classes explore a diversity of rehearsal tools and techniques in pursuit of a dynamic and authentic performance.
