During the summer season only, this class offers pre-ballet and pre-jazz instruction, giving our young dancers the opportunity to experience and compare both styles. This helps them to make an informed decision about which discipline they prefer.

Teen Contemporary Lyrical
Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet and jazz to create a soft style that emphasizes
the storytelling quality of music. An emphasis is placed on fluidity, grace, musicality,
and expressiveness to capture emotion through movement.

CoreBarre
CoreBarre is a fitness class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to provide a full-body workout. It typically includes warm-up exercises, ballet barre work, core stability and balance exercises, and a cool-down period. It can be modified for all fitness levels and helps improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness while providing a challenging and effective workout.
