We are so excited to offer an exercise space and fitness classes to the public and our dance families!
There is a treadmill, exercise bike, kickboxing bag, kettlebells, weights, yoga mats, and exercise balls for your individual fitness journey.
For our exercise space, you can purchase a $5 day pass, $45 10 session pass, or $100 6 month pass to use during our dance year (ends May 4th, 2024)

It’s also available to dancers who love acro who want to continue working on their skills. Some focuses on the day will be cartwheel variations, handstands, bridges, and partner work - all with varying degrees of difficulty.
