Junior Company students have now graduated from fabric knots to unknotted fabric. Climbing, simple inversions, short sequences, basic body wraps, holds, short and playful image sequences on fabric, hoop, trapeze and rope provide for steady progress toward developing confidence, skill and artistry.

Empyrean Aerialists
Empyrean Aerialists is the most advanced performance class at Le Cirque Centre, and a touring company. Students at this level excel in strength, skill, flexibility, skill development, acrobatics, artistry, and professionalism on the floor and in the air. Most students select a specialty but Empyrean Aerialists have acquired the skill to perform on a number of pieces of equipment such as: silks, hoop, dance trapeze, fixed trapeze, spanish web, and rope. Their physical acting skills are also being developed to a professional level and refined through performance. (Students at this level are required to take cirquefit as well as their elite class)

Cirquefit
Cirquefit is a conditioning class at the Centre that provides a complete workout for the circus performer and athlete. The class includes cardio, circuit strength training, aerial equipment, hand balancing, and flexibility.

Adult Aerial
Do you wish to be in the air? Adult Aerial is an all levels class for those adults keen to learn new skills at Le Cirque Centre. Students will learn a variety of apparatus like silks, lyra, and corde lisse in a supportive environment that encourages individual expression. ​

Pro Company
Pro Company includes students that are both advanced and intermediate in physical acting, aerial circus, strength, flexibility, artistry and performance professionalism. Pro students train once a week in silks, hoop, dance trapeze, fixed trapeze and acrobatics. Each year Pro Company students audition for the lead roles in Le Cirque Centre’s end of the year productions.

Elite Students are selected for lead rolls in our end of the year production. Elite students are encouraged to perform on a number of pieces of equipment such as: silks, hoop, dance trapeze, fixed trapeze, corde lease, and cloud swing. The E.A. team has the ability to refine, clarify and articulate characters to strongly support a storyline. (Students at this level are required to take Cirquefit as well as their elite class)

Aerial II is one step above our introductory class to circus training for the 5-7yr old. Aerial II is planned for the beginner and can be an introductory class for some 6-9 yr olds. Creative movement, skill introduction, sequence training on silks, trapeze, rope, and hoop are emphasized.

Jr. Apprentice Company
Jr. Apprentice Company students have graduated from learning basic wraps, climbs, poses, and qualities of movement. Strength and flexibility exercises are repeated throughout their training as aerialists and circus artists. Confidence is developed through skills performed on silks, trapeze, hoop, and rope while performing at greater heights with longer sequences. Students also begin to learn the art of physical acting and character projection.
