Dance Masterclass w/Alexia Acebo
Tuesday 3/7! Alexia Acebo is currently touring with the Broadway National Tour of Wicked. She is touring through Tampa, and on her stay will be teaching a Masterclass at Stagelights Performing Arts Center. You may remember Alexia when she taught a Masterclass for us while on the Broadway tour of Chicago. Join in the fun and be sure to ask questions in her Q & A after class!

An acting camp that will keep your camper in stitches with hysterical improv acting games, skits and scenes. There will be a performance at the end of the week. This camp helps dancers with their technique and will prepare them for our Fall classes and performances. 7.Hip Hop, Breakdance and Create Your Own Music Video
7/24-7/28 Campers will learn hip hop choreography and break dance moves that will be used to create dynamic videos that mimic our most coveted pop starts in the industry. The music and moves created will be appropriate for children. The campers will have the opportunity to make choreography suggestions that will enhance the music video project. Get back into to dance shape and sharpen your dance skills to head back into the studio life!. Campers will focus on Ballet, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Jazz and Hip Hop. The day will be broken up with dance history lessons, yoga and choreography challenges.

This camp will focus on advancing vocal technique to prepare our vocalists for auditions. We want our singers to bring two contrasting songs they are working on but have not quite mastered. We will work with our singers on how to navigate their voice registers to sing their most loved songs. We will spend time learning how to act songs, how to add style, making a song your own and how to feel confident in any audition. We will also spend time in our vocal studio and have each camper record the song they brought with them to camp. An acting camp that will keep your camper in stitches with hysterical improv acting games, skits and scenes. Your camper will learn acting techniques that will help them to improve their auditions, how to break down a scene and how to feel more confident delivering lines in front of an audience.
