This class is for any age but this athlete shows full body strength, control. and awareness in all basic skills. These athletes can hold bridge ups effortlessly, know the basic fundamentals of a cartwheel and can do a handstand with ease. The athletes in this level will learn confidence in going head over heels forwards and backwards.

Description:
This class is for any age athlete that has mastered backbend pull ups, kickovers, and front limbers on the floor. The athlete is ready to pair the skills together and make them a seamless motion going forward and backwards. The athlete will also be introduced to different body stands such as headstands, elbow stands, and chin stands. Another adventure they will encounter is power skills. This level touches on some basic drills to prepare the athlete for power tumbling.

Description:
This class is open to all ages that have the foundation of power skills. They have been through the motions of front and back handsprings but need extra practice. These athletes MUST have all the basics.
For student safety, the athlete needs to be approved by DE before registering in this class. If an evaluation cannot be made before then, the student and parent need to understand that if they do not have the qualifications to be in the class they can be relocated to a different class that will better prepare the athlete to grow safely in acro. We understand that everyone wants their kid to work the more advanced skills BUT our goal is to reduce the risk of injuries as much as possible by better preparing the athlete for advancements.
