Summer Programs 2023
Princess Camp (WEEK 1)
Jump into the magical world of ballet! This camp will focus on introductory ballet steps and terminology, strengthening coordination and musicality, and providing a creative outlet through dance, music, games, and arts and crafts incorporating your favorite princesses.
Attire: Ballet leotard and skirt (color of choice), pink ballet tights, pink ballet shoes. Hair must be swept back into a bun. Uniforms are expected to be clean without any stains or rips.
*Kids will have a snack break each day and must bring their own snacks and water. Please no sticky/messy foods or colored drinks.
*There will be a small performance for families on the last day (Time TBA).

(Ages 10-13) *At least one year on pointe. *Ballet 2
Summer Intensive is a wonderful opportunity for students to improve their skills and advance their knowledge, especially those who are transitioning into the next level. Dancers spend the day working with Brevard Ballet Academy's outstanding resident and guest faculty strengthening and refining their technique in different disciplines. Classes included are ballet technique, pointe, variation, Character dance, jazz, contemporary, and body conditioning.
Ballet Attire: Ballet leotard and skirt (color of choice), pink ballet tights, pink ballet shoes/pointe shoes.
Jazz/Contemporary Attire: Ballet leotard (color of choice), black jazz shorts/pants. Jazz shoes or barefoot.
Character Attire: Ballet leotard (color of choice), knee length black skirt, black character shoes are required.
Hair must be swept back into a bun. Uniforms are expected to be clean without any stains or rips.
*Dancers will have a lunch break each day and must bring their own food and water. Our facility has a full kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
