Treva Offutt
This July, FUNdamentals! Theatre Camp will celebrate its 11th Year of bringing you a unique immersion into all things THEATER. If your child is passionate about acting, improvisation, dancing, singing, and visual art, our three-week camp is for them! Co-directed by Treva Offutt and Stacy Bolton, long-term HYT Director and Music Director respectively, this summer experience has traditionally been a wonderful first step for many to join HYT productions as performers and crew members. Our camp will be held for the first time at the “beautiful place we call” Beaumont School, home to many current HYT actors and alums. Our camp will culminate in a free SHOWCASE in the Beaumont Theater for family and friends on Thursday, July 25th at 3 pm. If this sounds like your kind of “gig,” join HYT this July at Beaumont where we will put the FUN in FUNdamentals!

Beaumont School is thrilled to partner with Heights Youth Theatre (HYT) and Treva Offutt ’87, Beaumont Alumna and Director of Education at Playhouse Square, as the host site for HYT’s FUNdamentals summer camp, running from July 8 to July 26. Nestled in the heart of Cleveland Heights, Beaumont is renowned for its commitment to empowering young women through education and the arts. As an all-girls Catholic high school, Beaumont boasts a vibrant arts program encompassing theater, studio arts, digital arts, and music. We create an enriching environment where students can explore their creativity, build confidence, and forge lifelong friendships. Join us this summer for an unforgettable experience filled with fun, learning, and artistic expression!
