Adult Ballet
These classes are designed for adults who are new to ballet or who are interested in the fitness aspect of ballet. Classes will consist of barre exercises that focus on proper alignment as well as the steps which foster core and leg strength and flexibility. The center work will introduce elementary steps, simple jumps, as well as turns. No prior experience is necessary.

ACRO/TUMBLING
Students will work at their own gymnastics level with the guidance of our instructors.
Students will learn floor tumbling skills from cartwheels to back tucks depending on their level. Students will also spend time working on some acro dance skills along with strength and strengthening necessary to perform the skills.

Students will learn how to express a wide range of emotions through their dance based on musical interpretation. Contemporary combinations will consist of abstract movements that combine modern and classical ballet elements

This class teaches rhythm, coordination, musicality and choreography without suggestive music or movements. Hip Hop moves combined with jazz technique combine for a sassy fun class.

Lyrical -Dancers learn basic ballet barre along with a creative combination of ballet and jazz, meant to showcase the emotional spirit of the music through the body of the dancer.
Tap- Learning some basic tap skills while improving their flexibility, sense of rhythm and overall coordination.
Dancers will alternate weeks.
