Primary A is for children that are age 3 by November 1, 2023 through age 4. This class focuses on the development of motor skills, coordination, and musicality and begins to introduce students to the concepts that form the foundation of ballet technique, in an age-appropriate manner that incorporates play and creative movement.

Level 2 is for students ages 9 and up. Students take two ballet classes per week that focus on learning a large number of steps in the ballet vocabulary. Level 1 is for students ages 7 and up and marks the beginning of more serious training in ballet technique. Students take two ballet classes per week that focus on learning the steps of the beginning ballet vocabulary. The development of the outward rotation of the legs - turnout - is emphasized, along with strength in the feet, legs and core.

Primary B is for children that are age 5 by November 1, 2023 up through age 6. Intermediate-Advanced Ballet
Intermediate-Advanced Ballet is for students ages 12 and up with at least one full year of pointe training; comparable to Levels 4, 5, and 6 in the ABT National Training Curriculum. Students take five ballet classes per week. The focus is on refining technique and strengthening pointe work. Intermediate-Advanced students also have the opportunity to participate in our pre-professional performing company, Ballet Theatre of Oklahoma City.

They will also have an additional class each week in a related discipline - modern, choreographic composition, improv, yoga, etc.
