Ballet 3/4
Ballet 4 is geared toward dancers aged 11 and older. Dancers should have at least 5 years of ballet experience or the maturity level to work at a higher level. Placement in this class is through instructor recommendation. Students will learn proper ballet terminology and technique. Students must meet minimum requirements for advancement and have teacher permission to move to the ballet 3 or 4 level classes regardless of age.

Contemporary dance draws elements from classical ballet, jazz and modern dance to portray an emotion, a story or simply to show the beauty and artistic value of dance in itself. Dancers will be placed in class levels based on the teacher recommendations.

This class will incorporate dance and creative movement geared toward individuals with any special needs. We welcome any students, any age who would like the opportunity to participate in dance. Students do not need to be fully mobile and may participate from a chair or wheel chair. Students participating in Session 2 will perform in our spring recital if they wish to participate.
