Pre-Pointe/Beg. Pointe
Ayumi Matsuda
Pre-pointe is a preparation class for aspiring pointe dancers. This class will assist with building the strength, stamina, and technique needed for pointe work.
Dancers enrolled in Pre-Pointe should be enrolled in AT LEAST two ballet classes per week so that they are developing the proper technique and strength for pointe work.
Each dancer will receive a TheraBand to use in class and at home- there is a $10 TheraBand fee per student.

Is your middle schooler or high schooler interested in cheer, drill, or gymnastics? This is the perfect class for them! Students will learn and master basic tumbling and cheer skills before progressing to more advanced skills, such as front and back walkovers.
