In this class your child will learn and master the basic techniques of tumbling. They will learn proper positioning of the body for each technique so that they do not injure themselves. Your child’s progression and safety in tumbling is my top priority. Some of the basics include front/back somersaults, straddle rolls, backbends, cartwheels, and basic stretches such as the splits. As every child successfully moves forward in the tumbling program they will be followed with life long skills such as self discipline, self motivation, confidence, passion, and respect. It is a privilege to teach and work with your children. Thank you for the opportunity to do so.

Some of the advanced skills include backward roll to pushup position, round-off back-handsprings, handstand to a bridge kick-over, ariels, and handstands. As every child successfully moves forward in the tumbling program they will be followed with life long skills such as self discipline, self motivation, confidence, courage, and respect. Help your children make friends with vegetables, legumes, meats, and other whole foods in the parent/kid workshop. In the first 60 minutes parents will learn the principles of "Expose, Explore, and Expand." Parents will then be able to practice what they just learned when their children join the class for the last 30 minutes. Childcare is provided for the 1st hour of class while the parent is learning.
This is a 3 week class from October 12th - October 26th.
