Some of the intermediate skills include handstand, round-off, and bridge back kick over. As every child successfully moves forward in the tumbling program they will be followed with life-long skills such as self-discipline, self-motivation, confidence, courage, and respect. In the first 60 minutes parents will learn the principles of "Expose, Explore, and Expand."
