Leaps & Turns
Students will work on increasing extension, flexibility, turns, precision and various leaps and technical elements. The class will be structured with a broad range of dance conditioning and will utilize centre and across the floor combinations to increase spatial awareness. This class allows the developing dancer to focus on technical development outside of their regular weekly classes. Must be entering 4th grade + and enrolled in Jazz or Ballet. This is a non-performing class.

Street Jazz
Street Jazz combines elements of hip hop and commercial jazz into a dynamic style that emphasizes choreography, improvisation, and performance to create a powerful and confident dancer. Dancers will unleash their creativity through improvisation, and learn to quickly pick up choreography in various combinations throughout the year. Students will gain stage presence and boost their confidence through in-class performances while being uplifted by their peers. They will explore movement dynamics, understand musicality, and embrace their unique aesthetic as a dancer. Street Jazz offers an empowering and transformative experience for students ages 13+ who are enrolled in both Hip Hop and Jazz; must be enrolled in Level 6+ Hip Hop or Level 5+ Jazz.
